We are yoga enthusiasts who want to help others reap the benefits of this healing practice. 



My name is Lee and I'm Certified Kemetic Yoga™ Teacher and retired professional basketball player. From playing professional basketball I transitioned into full time basketball coaching where I found a passion for helping disadvantaged young people through sport to be successful in life.


I first started practising Kemetic Yoga™ back in 2016 and immediately began to see big improvements in my body. My achilies pain from the years of playing basketball was subsiding, my balance was improving and the spring was back in my step. 


During this discovery I found Yoga had a lot more than just it's physical benefits too. Through the breath work and meditation part of the practice I further developed techniques that could help me in everyday life, to relax and to regulate my own mental and emotional well being.


I enjoy taking a holistic approach to my health, being more conscious of what I eat and consume, adding longevity, being immersed in nature and connecting with my spiritual side. Kemetic Yoga™ has become part of my daily life and I am really looking forward to sharing this unique practice and its healing properties with others.


Hi I'm Cobi

My yoga journey began in 2006 when my best friend persuaded me to go to a class with her. I went along convinced that I would not enjoy it, (I had no flexibility and was more into boxing and bootcamps) however I soon changed my mind! The class was playful, strong and energising. It challenged my body in a different way. I continued to go weekly! At the beginning, like a lot of people, I took part for the physical benefits but quite quickly started to become interested in the deeper layers and realised the positive impact it was having on my mental health.


In 2016, after 10 years of practicing varying styles, I completed my Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training on a unique course that took place in both London and India. 


Since then, my passion has been sharing yoga and making it accessible and inclusive. Yoga is for all. You don’t have to be bendy or look a certain way! I love seeing the changes it can bring to people’s lives and genuinely love getting to know and support all my students.


I have developed my practice and understanding of mind and body through: Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Yin and Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound, Yoga Nidra, Shakti Dance and more recently, the wonderfully healing practice of Kemetic Yoga™.


I teach at various health clubs, studios and community settings, as well as in the workplace and online. I love travelling and having adventures and have been lucky enough to host and teach on Retreats in wonderful locations, both in the UK and abroad.


I strongly believe in healing through Yoga, and I would love to share with you the tools and techniques that this beautiful practice brings.
